Configure customer return reminders
Configure consent-based customer reminders so PrimaReply can invite opted-in customers back when a service may be due again.
About 5 minutes Updated 4 Sept 2026
How reminders work
Customers can separately opt in to future service reminders from their appointment details page. Their booking remains confirmed whether they opt in or not.
Configure a service
- Open Settings → Customer return reminders.
- Choose how many days after booking the service may become due again.
- Select Automatic to send eligible reminders hands-free, or Review to approve them individually.
- Enable the rule and save it.
Customer replies
- YES starts a new booking conversation.
- LATER postpones the reminder cycle.
- NO closes the current reminder without opting out of every future message.
- STOP opts the customer out of SMS messages.
Important limitation
PrimaReply sends service reminders only when the recorded customer preference and eligibility rules allow it. Do not use reminders for unsolicited marketing.
