Set PrimaReply to always respond, follow a custom business schedule or pause missed-call SMS while preserving your saved configuration.
About 4 minutes Updated 4 Sept 2026
Coverage options
- Always respond allows eligible missed-call follow-ups at any time.
- Scheduled coverage responds only during the hours you choose.
- Paused prevents new automatic missed-call conversations from starting.
Change your coverage
- Open Settings → PrimaReply coverage.
- Select the coverage mode you want.
- If using a schedule, choose the active days and times.
- Review the continuation window.
- Save your settings.
What the continuation window means
The continuation window lets PrimaReply finish a conversation that began while scheduled coverage was active. It does not override a deliberate pause.
Check that it worked
The Settings overview summarises the saved coverage mode. Use a controlled missed-call test during an active period and, if relevant, outside it.
